Then put on a good suit
Enter the premise with style to impress him a little
Go up to him and tell him how much you appreciate his work
Compliment him to let him know that you find him attractive
Since you say that he likes tea, maybe try buttering him up a little with it?
Then maybe you can take him to an art gallery since he sounds cultured
Then maybe you could go dancing with him
Then when the mood is right, tell him how you really feel
I’m pretty sure that it will go down well :)
